# Pratiksha Sports Festival Offer
## Official Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the Pratiksha Sports Festival Offer! Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before participating.
### 1. Offer Period
The offer is valid for eligible purchases made during the officially announced offer period, ending on Kartik 16, 2083. Purchases made outside this period will not qualify.
### 2. No Minimum Purchase Amount
There is no minimum purchase amount to participate in this offer. Customers can participate with any eligible purchase from Pratiksha Sports during the offer period.
### 3. Unlimited Eligible Bills — More Bills, More Chances!
There is no limit on the number of eligible purchase bills a customer may submit. Every eligible purchase bill will count as one Lucky Draw entry. Customers making multiple eligible purchases will receive multiple entries, increasing their chances of winning.
Each entry must correspond to a genuine purchase and a valid bill issued by Pratiksha Sports.
### 4. Original Bill Is Mandatory
Customers must keep their original purchase bill safe. The original bill must be presented for verification when claiming a prize. Lost, altered, fraudulent, or unverifiable bills may result in disqualification.
### 5. Accurate Customer Information
Customers must provide authentic and accurate information, including their full name and contact number, when their purchase bill is prepared. False, incomplete, or misleading information may result in disqualification.
### 6. Lucky Draw Entry Process
For each eligible purchase, two copies of the bill will be prepared. One copy will be provided to the customer, and the other will be placed in the official Lucky Draw Box. Only eligible bills placed in the box during the offer period will be considered.
### 7. Prize Categories
Three winners will be selected through the Lucky Draw:
- First Winner: 100% of the eligible purchase amount.
- Second Winner: 50% of the eligible purchase amount.
- Third Winner: 30% of the eligible purchase amount.
The applicable percentage will be calculated based on the purchase amount shown on the selected, verified bill.
### 8. Prize Redemption
Prizes will be provided in the form of sports goods available at Pratiksha Sports, Pathari, Morang, up to the value of the prize won. Prizes will not be paid in cash. Winners may select eligible sports goods from the available collection within their prize value.
### 9. Winner Verification
Selected winners must present their original purchase bill and provide the necessary information to verify their identity, purchase, and eligibility. Pratiksha Sports may reject a claim if the bill or information cannot be verified.
### 10. Prize Claim Deadline — 45 Days
Winners must claim their prizes within 45 days from the official announcement of the winners. If a winner fails to claim the prize within this period, the prize claim will expire, and Pratiksha Sports may select an alternate winner in accordance with the offer procedure.
### 11. Disqualification and Alternate Winners
If a selected winner fails to satisfy these Terms & Conditions, provides false information, cannot produce the required original bill, or otherwise fails verification, Pratiksha Sports reserves the right to disqualify the entry and select another eligible winner.
### 12. Genuine Purchases Only
Only genuine purchases made at Pratiksha Sports during the offer period are eligible. Fake, duplicated, manipulated, cancelled, or otherwise invalid bills will not qualify. Any attempt to manipulate the Lucky Draw may result in disqualification.
### 13. Prize Restrictions
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The prize must be redeemed according to the conditions of this offer and the applicable verification process.
### 14. Winner Announcement
Winners will be announced through the official communication channels of Pratiksha Sports. Customers are responsible for checking the official announcement and claiming their prizes within the specified 45-day period.
### 15. Changes and Administration
If any product purchased under a bill submitted for the Lucky Draw is returned or exchanged, whether partially or in full, the entire bill will be disqualified from the Lucky Draw. Even if only one item from the bill is returned or exchanged, the whole bill and its associated Lucky Draw entry will become invalid and will no longer be eligible for the offer.
